At Mechanical Keyboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your typing experience. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the keyboard, keycaps, or accessories in their original retail box, ensuring all cables and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
